I've broken a few controllers in my time, throwing them across the room.
Nowadays though I just stop playing if I'm getting too frustrated, it's not worth the stress.

I can get angry at SCII's often relentless dificulty, but I never broke a controller, I once popped out a stick but i got it back in (with difficulty)

I wouldn't be surprised if that kid was related to the suicidal Runescape player... I wonder, did the guy know a webcam was running?

OMG! Wow, I wonder if that was set-up? If it wasn't he must pitch these fits regularly to have a camera set up and everything. I wonder what he's going to do about the keyboard too. He's obviously living with parents since he's like 11. I know that mine would destroy me if I pitched a fit and beat the crap out of my keyboard.

Yeah, it turns out that kid was playing Unreal Tournament and his computer was a piece of crap so it wouldn't load. Then when it did load, he got killed. I found a translated version, but I didn't save the link.
