I encountered a strange glitch in Mario kart 64 for the Wii. I was playing two-player mode. In yoshi valley, instead of the character icons in the progress bar (in the middle of the split screen), there were question marks in the boxes. It also didn't show what place we were in. I was almost lost because of it. At the end, I came in fourth place -_-

lol.
Thanks for trying, and welcome! Please register! I couldn't because Proboards is dodgy!
Unfourtunately, this is far from a glitch. Because Yoshi Valley is so maze-like and confusing, the '64 can't tell who's in which position.
There is a way around this though. Change the bottom-right view to the mini-map. Using this, you should be able to judge roughly what positions everyone is in. This can help.
Cheers, Franklint 107
P.S. Hello all! I'm back.
