The idea of this is combining the dry-pipe glitch and the chuck-ya glitch as this way you can take objects into the main wet-dry world by jumping through the loading point and being forced through the pipe. Pretty pointless seeing as we learnt that most objects do nothing anyway, but i wanted to see if they behaved any differently in the main wet-dry world, also i wanted to get two chuck-ya's in wet-dry world This is actually really hard to do, i did the dry pipe glitch then grabbed the chuck-ya but the camera is messed up after you get forced through the pipe so its really difficult to get back into the pipe with the chuck-ya! it took me ages to do it once, then i had to do it about another 100 times to see what objects did what................................................ Don't attempt this unless you have a lot of spare time and patience. Anway here are some of the resulsts i have so far As expected all of these.................................did nothing........ When released the water spider bumped mario and took health......................but then did nothing The only thing that made all the hours doing this worth while was this The tree was the only thing that behaved normally, i havent been able to get it into the main wet/dry world yet though, nor have i been able to get another chuck-ya in there............. If anyone wants to help me out with this one be my guest! ;D

Wow, good work. It looks to me that you're using an emulator, if that's true you can use Gameshark codes to make it easier on yourself.

Nah, theres no point, ive done it so many times i can do the glitches every time now, and the novelty of the wet/dry world glitches never wears off if your listening to some good music at the same time.

Ok cool. One thing I love to do is put a tree out in front of the grating leading back to the main area, so I can climb up it and jump into the dry pipe at will.

UPDATE : been working on the glitch a bit more, here a couple of other interesting results AND THEN SUCCESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Two Chuck-Ya's in wet-dry world! so all the hours doing this WERE worth it after all Also this led on to another glitch, another 'Mario stuck in the Ground' glitch when the real chuck-Ya goes to grab mario, both the Chuck-Ya's merge and mario gets merged with the ground and can't get out, needed to reset the game. Well there you go! It seems to do the double Chuck-Ya glitch you either need to be extremely patient or extremely lucky!!

The glitch really is great, isn't it? I made some similar pics when first demonstrating the weird effects. For example, this one in the 'secrets' topic over at gamefaqs in December 2004. Always keep a lookout for glitches, you never know when one will pop up.

Ive just gone through the secrets topic at game faq's. it seems all my glitches have been done a few months ago by either you or Bullet Bill Ah well. I'll still keep trying to find more you can do with the chuck-ya
